Some of you may have heard about the proposed rule about coach boats and towing, in Biscayne bay our own Doctor Steve (USA 1239) and his local knowledge has already found a solution to the problem, not only is his Coach fast, we heard that the tow line is connected to the top of the keel, avoiding detection by other racers. ;-)
